Hey folks! Long time no see! Thought I should probably show my face for once since it’s been a while. Also, apologies for a bit of a late post. You see, there’s a complicated reason for this: I forgot. Anyway.
Well, we made it one month into the Hell Year. What do you mean it’s 2022? As far as I’m concerned, time froze back in 2019, but if you say so. In any case, we’re still here, whittling away against all odds, and I’m feeling optimistic about this year. I’m hoping we can set realistic goals over the next few months, see some steady progress, and inch closer to the goal post. Rest assured, everyone will know the exact moment we get there. Now that all the relevant lines have been addressed in the game that the technical side needed, pretty much everything is locked and loaded to go the second the script is ready, so mou sukoshi mattetekudasaine~~~ (that roughly translates to “please wait warmly” for you grass-touchers out there).
Anyway, boy, my updates are always so short. Hm. What to talk about. This is starting to feel like all my IRL social interactions now, so I think that’s my cue to wrap it up. As always, if there’s something I’ve failed to address due to the emptiness of my head or anything you’d prefer we yammer on about, shoot us a comment somewhere! Chances are one of us will see it.

Nah JK, Thanks for your reply, I have been “actively” waiting for the updates, I am really excited for the Reflection Blue release, was playing the old version and finished Ao’s route but stopped to wait for Reflection Blue’s translation. I don’t know what’s your speed translating, but when is RB expected to be ready?
Are the changes to the old routes relevant? Got any examples?

Hi! I’m glad you’re excited! It’s a little hard for us to say when it’s expected to be ready, and we don’t like giving ambiguous time frames, so I’ll parrot what others have been saying: We want to have it out this summer, and we’ll be pretty disappointed if we miss that goal, but it’s all very dependent on outside factors.
As for the changes, they’re not all that extensive, mostly typo fixes or, in the case of Tsumugi, working in context for new possible encounters you can have in the common route (seeing as you can meet Shizuku early now and uh, well, I don’t want to spoil the crap that can vary depending on that lmao). But there are some new CGs and songs that appear, so there’s an excuse for people looking for one to replay the whole game.

Hello, and first let me thank you for the translations you have already released, and the ones you are still working on. As a translator myself, I know how much time and effort goes into producing a quality translation, and I appreciate all of your efforts. I’m very much looking forward to RB and Kud Wafter, having already played LB years ago and always wanting to play the Kud spin-off, too.
Having said that, I don’t know if you’re aware of this, but Key seems to have ended production on the Kud Wafter all ages edition for Windows some years ago, since I cannot find anywhere to purchase a copy of that game, although the adult version is still readily available. Personally, I would prefer to play the all ages version of the game, but that seems almost next to impossible unless Key reissues the game again, or it gets put up on a legit DL site like dl.getchu.com or dlsite or similar. I still look forward to playing it someday in English in whichever version that ends up being (probably the adult version, but beggars, as they say, can’t be choosers).
Oh, yeah, we’re very aware of that! I guess it’s been a while since we’ve talked about out plans on that end, so might as well go over it again here. Long story short, in light of the fact that the AA version’s been off the market for a very long time and is now virtually impossible to find in ANY form, much less a form accessible to our players, our plan is to release a version of our patch that converts an installed copy of the 18+ version to an English-patched copy of the AA version. We figure there’s more than enough demand for a non-porn edition of the game to justify the effort that’ll take on our part (personally, I think the AA version is just straight up better).
The sounds awesome! Thanks for willing to go the extra mile in lieu of the out of print AA version. Now I don’t have to worry about buying the adult version.
Is 2022 will be Summer Pockets year? RB translations, anime adaptation (high possibility in this year)

Hey, I saw on vndb that you guys are supposedly planning on translating Aonatsu Line, but I don’t see info about it on this website anywhere. Could I just get a confirmation that you’re working on it? Or were you even working on it in the first place, or is it cancelled, etc?
